Chief Technology Officer - Internet/Online

Chief Technology Officer (7+ Years) for a loyalty website for social cause

We are looking for a - Chief Technology Officer - for one of our esteemed Clients for Mumbai Location.

Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end the delivery, performance, code quality and technical operations.

- Design and build extremely reliable, scalable and high performing enterprise systems.

- Build, mentor and manage team of Engineers.

- Work with cross functional teams (Product Management, Business Development, Operations etc)and always ensure the right prioritization based on business impact.

Requirement :

- Experience on large scale, high-volume sites or web applications.

- Expertise in Agile (or equivalent) practice, believer of test driven development and ability to enforce a strong process around development/staging/production environment.

- Expertise in Architecture, OO design, Web based product development, Service oriented architectures and CS Fundamentals in general.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

- Should be results oriented, proactive and showing overall leadership quality.

- Relevant hands-on technical management experience of software engineers.
