ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY: - Set the technology strategy and product roadmap for the organization - Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals - Establish technical vision and lead all aspects of technological development. - Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, product and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness - In charge of product delivery, quality, architecture and operations - Develop overall technology action plan to achieve organization goals across the entire customer value chain - Track industry and competition progress on technology. - Identify global best practices and design a plan to adapt it in the Indian context to suit the need for the clients. - Ensure various applications are ready for scale-up. Assess readiness for scale vis-a-vis engineering, server and technology stack-up - Coordinate with product team to understand specification requirements. Liaison for user testing, and application's market roll-out. - Report achievement vis-a-vis plan on periodic basis to management team. Build out the systems to automate key operational activities and ensure technical accuracy. - Manage team of in-house product team, senior engineering team and a team of 8-10 outsourced application developers.
