- Overall see the IT operations (Network Security, IT Infrastructure, Applications, Project Management, Special Project on Digitization etc.) and evaluate them according to the established goals.

- Devise and establish IT Policies, IT Landscape and systems to support the implementation of strategies set-up by Upper Management.

- Analyze the business requirements of all department to determine their technology needs.

- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technology equipment and software as per business needs.

- Identify the need of upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.

- Coordinate IT team and supervise computer scientists, technicians, and other professionals to provide guidance.

- Ensure that organization has all quality IT equipment to get right productivity. Making sure of all IT agreements covers up service requirements and elements of business continuity.

- Control budgets and periodically report on expenditure.

- Strong Project Management skills to drive new initiatives on Digitization, Tele-Medicine, Tele-ICU, Marketing tools for the acquisition of customers and volumes, EMR, HIS Applications etc. as per the business plan.

- Accountable to ensure IT projects are planned, organize, and integrate cross-functionally that are significant in scope and impact. Also, ensure effective coordination and completion of IT projects on time, within budget and scope.

- Responsible to analyze business operations and the business computer systems and determine which software applications could improve efficiency.

- Creating, executing, and maintaining company databases.

- Ensure to conduct regular checks on network and data security. Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organization. Designing training programs and workshop for all stakeholders, employee on an ongoing basis.

- Ability to set-up and lead the IT team, engage, and ensure productivity to drive the IT Projects effectively.

Desired Candidate - B. Tech/B. E with strong academics from premium University/ Colleges

- 10+ Years of progressive and Healthcare IT experience with mix of tertiary, secondary and primary care models. Strong Project Management experience on IT projects in Healthcare

- Strong Stakeholder Management

- Problem solving and analytical skills.

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

- Strong MIS / Analytics Skills (Knowledge of advance excel will be preferred)

- Strong Communications Skills (both written & verbal)

- Strong detail orientation a must

- Execution Bias, task-orientation, go-getter attitude

- Team handling experience
