What you'll do : - Interacting and building next generation product along with the business leaders - Leading a high energy bunch of engineers for delivering products for 15M users and 10000 providers What you'll need : - Good understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Must have working experience on NodeJS and different packages. Great to have diversity with experience of working on any two other programming languages like C# and JS. - Can demonstrate strong front-end skills on any two frameworks React, Angular etc. - Must have integrated third-party services. - Working experience with RDBMS, Mongo, ElasticSearch. - Should have worked on Kubernetes and Docker, dockerize any application and understands CI CD pipelines. - A sound understanding of HTTP/2 and REST-style web services - Experience writing Microservices is a must - Highly important - Experience in building and supporting high-performance applications - Good have working experience with any in memory caching like Redis - Analyzing Information, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Teamwork, General Programming Skills, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Software Architecture, Coaching - Most importantly has a lot of fun building products, solving problems and being a part of a team - Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, plus hands-on software engineering experience - Experience with Agile development and methodologies - Thirst for learning Bonus : - Prior experience working with healthcare ecosystem - Prior experience building products from zero to first release Required Candidate profile : - Expert in Software Product Development - 12 years hands on experience in Code, Designing and Building scalable products - Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases - Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift - Experience of building product using containers - Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages - Ability to Lead a team of awesome Software Engineers
