Experience : Minimum 15 years.

- BE (Computer Science) or equivalent degree from Reputed College/ University.

- 15+ Years of experience including 10+ Years of sales leadership experience in Reputed Diagnostic | Healthcare Organization with hands-on experience.

- Strong and hands-on experience into Technology Domain.

- Strong adaptability.

- Strong Stakeholder Management.

- Problem solving and analytical skills.

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

- An enthusiastic team player and strong interpersonal skills.

- Data Driven Decision Making/ Strong Analytics skills preferred.

- Strong Communications Skills (both written & verbal).

- Strong detail orientation a must.

- Strong Execution skills.

- Team handling experience.

Age Preference : Upto 45 Years.

- IT Application / CRM / Digital Transformation experience is a priority.

- Should have handled B2C Operations (Healthcare / Diagnostic / Retail Business are preferred).
