Chief Technology Officer/Head - Engineering - IT

Role Objective:

- Develop the long-term technology vision for the company, aligning technical objectives with overall business goals.

- Implementing and maintaining robust cyber security measures to protect the organization's digital assets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, monitoring and auditing compliance activities, and providing training and guidance to employees.

- Leading, research and development efforts to identify emerging technologies and trends that can drive innovation and create competitive advantages for the organization.

- Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services, to ensure scalability, reliability, and security

- Managing the software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet business needs.

- Protecting the organization from legal, and regulatory consequences, and promoting a strong ethical culture.

- Identifying and mitigating technology-related risks, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and system failures, to ensure business continuity and resilience.

- Implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's digital assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Improve day to day operations of the company and works to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Overseeing technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, on-time delivery, and within budget.

- Evaluating and managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of cost-effective and high-quality products and services.

- Implement new processes or technologies to streamline operations and reduce costs.

- Building and leading a high-performing technology team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities.
