CTO/Head of Engineering for E-commerce Startup in Bangalore This role of Chief Technology Officer will envision, architect and oversee the integration and deployment of the right software technology for employees, vendors &amp; customers to re-imagine the home design and build experience making it more interactive and easy. The role envisages working on the full tech stack including design platform, supply chain management solutions, CRMs, Customer Apps &amp; interfaces amongst others. The role will also include deep understanding of online networks, and tools to increase brand presence and penetration via the web. - Evaluate business requirements to determine what software, integration technologies, system architectures, and patterns should be employed to meet business objectives efficiently - Define strategy with respect to enterprise related standards and design goals and be able to provide technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming the logical, physical, and process views across multiple technology domains - Drive development of roadmaps, which include product selection, versions, upgrades, projects and milestones - Conduct research focused on identifying emerging technology solutions and lead technology evaluations, which involve identifying a weighted feature matrix for a specific need and evaluating and scoring products against the desired features - Develop and manage the technology team as per the growing needs of the company - Enable tech team to work with client teams as required to solve for issues as they arise - Build and lead a highly motivated and driven tech team to power the impending exponential growth - Work directly with the founders and leadership team to share the strategic direction of the company and the technologies it employs to achieve the vision - Minimum of&nbsp; 8 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise solutions across multiple enterprise architecture domains (technology, application, information and infrastructure) - Experience with online e-commerce companies startups or product based companies. Master's Degree in Computer Engineering/Science - Strong understanding of enterprise technologies- along with other web technologies such as Java/J2EE, Spring, hibernate, NodeJS, AngularJS, Ajax, Content Delivery Services, Webservices, Database, PL/SQL and other web and android frameworks. - General understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design and implementations, including (IaaS), (PaaS) and (SaaS) delivery models across multiple different cloud vendors (e.g. AWS, Azure) Detail Out your Supply Chain &amp; Design Platforms here : - Understanding of AI and Telematics, Analytics and data science is required. - Understanding of retail technologies like Magento, mail services, advertising services, content delivery networks would be an added advantage.
