Chief Technology Officer - Full Stack - Startup - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are looking for a young Technology Rock star as a CTO, who can work smart, hard and fast in a rapidly growing Series A funded start-up.

The Chief Technology Officer's role is to assure the successful execution of the company's business mission & vision

He/She should be able to understand the complexities of developing elegant products, the challenge of creating a simple and intuitive user experience, and can both build and manage a team as well as write code him/herself.

This is a roll your sleeves up, build and lead a phenomenal team, and do more with less, type of thing. However, of course, you won't be expected to do everything yourself.

Must Haves:

Should have at least 4 years of experience as a full stack developer

Must be from top institutions like IITs/NITs/BITS or Top Engineering Institutions Abroad.

Must have previous experience working in a startup environment in India or Abroad.

Have a knack for working in a lean and agile environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- Ability to write code / should be hands-on with coding

- Have an experience leading a team

- Team Management and Team building is the key

- Designing, building, and securing technology architecture, including defining the technology stack

- Excellent project management skills to plan and monitor progress.
