Technical Requirements: - 10 years working experience. Previous working experience as a CTO is a plus, not a requirement. - Managed a team of at least 5 developers. - Experience working and managing front-end developers and mobile app developers. - Experience working in a big web app or mobile app project with 1,000s of daily users - Experienced developer in Python or Node.js. - Have a great experience as a DevOps (setting up a cloud infrastructure, experience with CI/CD, strong background in Linux administration) - Some knowledge working with React or React Native is a plus. - Experience working with VOIP using Twilio or other similar platforms. - Experience working with Google Maps API is a plus - Experience working with Unity test framework or something similar. - MA in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field - In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development - Hands on experience with complex project management - Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Effective negotiation and vendor management skills - Proactive problem solver - Attention to details
