- Strong experience in the product development and deployment in the technology-enabled consumer-facing offering/platform
- Build scalable platforms and architecture
- Ability to integrate delivery products built on different platforms into one common delivery model from a customer perspective

- Constant improvement to UX/UI to enrich customer experience
- Organize, lead, and develop a team of external technology partners and in-house technical analysts and other technical staff. Ensure that each team member possesses and develops the necessary skills and experiences to develop rigorous quantitative and qualitative insights into the business
- Building out the architecture and technology roadmap
- Manage the data received from applications, mobile app, website, OEM leads etc. to carry out continual analysis on the customer
CUSTOMER ACQUISITION/DIGITAL MARKETING :
- Leverage social media to analyze behavior and spend pattern of existing customers/potential customers
- Fine tune the technology product/offering at all times based on customer and business team feedbacks
STRATEGIC :
- Building out the detailed strategy and execution roadmap for consumer-facing technology after understanding the vision and roadmap of the company
- Managing the P&L - Presentation of the roadmap to the board and investors
- Developing subordinate team
