CTO will be working closely with the leadership teams and be overseeing deliveries through a power-packed technology team, facilitating growth through technology prowess. - The CTO will contribute to the growth of the company through the use of new-age technologies and platforms in high availability and reliability environments. - High-level collaboration and orchestration between the product, design, development, testing, delivery and customer care teams would require a skill set to work with well-meaning teams with common end objective. Thought leader leveraging technology as a key lever driving business outcomes : - Drives company in strategic direction with developments to meet the growth objectives - Identifies competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of a company. - Collaborates harnesses and drives the Data Science team towards delivery of required business objectives and controls. - Develops and enhances User facing and internal applications with superior user experience, stable and secured technologies to increase revenues &amp; customer experience. - Conducts research and case studies on leading-edge technologies and determines probable implementations. - Acts as a good steward of resources and ensures control of IT departmental budgets. - Develops and directs all networking safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches and protect sensitive internal and external client information. - Manages all digital media assets with respective teams including marketing, training, sales and finance teams. - Consistently evaluates technical efficiency and makes changes as necessary. - Directs the development and policies for disaster recovery plans. Drive internal efficiencies and adoption of new technologies : - Review, augment and implements the Internet usage policies for employees. - Develops and implements technologies for all internal and external communications, such as web, email, messaging, connectivity and communication platforms. - Guides and directs the leadership team towards new technologies and directional evolutions in the space. - Works in a consultative manner with other department heads, including product, sales, marketing and operations as an advisor and evangelist of technologies that may improve efficiency and effectiveness. Human Capital Management : - Support HR in employee motivation, competence building &amp; retention initiatives - Identify &amp; develop leadership talent within the function and enable succession - Guide &amp; motivate team &amp; set objectives in line with employee capabilities &amp; organizational requirements - Identify career developmental needs &amp; take appropriate actions to build an engaged and skilled workforce to deliver quality work - Ensure comprehensive adoption and implementation of all people policies Minimum Education&nbsp;: BE/B Tech Minimum/Specific Experience : - 12 - 15 years of experience in the Information Technology arena. - At least 5 years of total experience should be in a managerial and strategic role. - Robust experience in both managing people and guiding technical strategy. - Quality network contacts, including trusted development firms, engineers and consultants who can help fill the gaps in his/her knowledge. - Knowledge of the full stack of the technology such as PHP, Web Server Apache/ Nginx, HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery, Automating Tools, DOT Net, RoR, J, android, iOS, web interfaces and banking, insurance and payment industry platforms. - A reasonable understanding of payment technologies including tokenisation, POS, HCE, UPI, Banking technologies and security standards around them.
