Description - The CTO role is a senior leadership profile. The candidate will be required to work closely with the business but needs come with a strong technology background as well.

Client Details :

The client is a leading Europe-based organisation working in the space of revenue collection, traffic management, and transport management systems. They work closely with government agencies, transport corporations, and logistics companies, to name a few. With a strong focus on 'Innovation', the clients offer excellent, mature, and reliable technologies.

Description :

Reporting to the CEO, the CTO would be responsible for :

- Handling and leading a team of 60-70 people spread across India with 3-4 major reportees

- Think on a broader perspective and work closely with the business

- Consolidate and streamline software processes with some hardware interfacing required

- Spearhead projects and represent technological agenda of the company

Profile

- B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics or Telecommunication

- 15-20 years of experience

- Prior experience of software (enterprise & system software) and hardware both

- Proven track record of handling teams of 60+ members

- Being hands-on will be an added benefit

- Should be able to consolidate, streamline and put software processes in place

- Should be able to transition from projects to products with some hardware interface

- Person should come with a more broader perspective and be keen to understand the business side as well
