Chief Technical Officer - British EdTech Startup

- Looking for someone who is a great dev, but also has the vision to re-think how language is learned using software, and build and lead a team that delivers on that vision. At least 6, preferably 10+, years of hands-on experience as a developer.

- Well versed in user centric design by interacting with end users. It is highly desirable that they will have experience using agile practices for product planning and release management.

- Hands on experience in Coding, the tech stack is Javascript with React Native and Node Js and Microsoft Azure.

- Prior experience in building a product, team and technical strategy.

- Start-up technology leadership experience, investor meetings, product scale-up and product roadmap definition.

- Data analytics experience would be essential. Identifying data clusters, capturing data and translating data points for effective product transformations.

- Agile environment background, CI/CD pipelines and "Quality Code" approach.

- Gamification experience desired
