Job Description - Looking for a self-starter technologist with 15 years of experience in building and leading teams.

Client Details:

Our client is a multi-billion dollar multi-national company in mass customization & printing business. With expanding operations through acquisition, they are currently seeking a CTO for one of their businesses based out of Bangalore. As the CTO, you will be responsible for the technology strategy, hands-on solution architecture, technology vision, team management and for being the bridge to other technology organizations in the group.

Description:

Reporting to the MD of the organization, your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement a technology road-map that aligns with the business strategy and delivers both short-term and long-term results.- Be the technology steward for your business - by developing a sustainable architecture to support business growth.- Build an engaged, motivated and driven team that is able to execute and perform at the highest levels.- Be a trusted advisor to the business supporting the high level and very tactical vision - making good trade-off decisions along the way.- Be an excellent communicator both inside your organization and with the other group businesses.- Implement security best practices and group standards.

Profile:

- 10-15 years of progressive technology experience as an engineer, an architect, project manager, and a team leader in cross-functional teams- Experience with full-stack software development including newer front-end frameworks - Microservices JSON, javascript, node.js, Amazon web services is s must - Experience in data science, data have driven marketing platforms, analytics platforms (r, nympy, looker, cross engage, algolia, elasticsearch, etc)- Results Driven! Demonstrated ability to successfully have brought a product to market - Hands-on product management and software development life-cycle experience (especially Agile methodologies)

- Solution architecture and critical thinking experience absolutely essential in cross-functional teams

- Experience leading teams in the successful delivery of large technology projects - Demonstrated ability to make good technology trade-off decisions, i.e. managing technical debt- Ability to travel internationally
