Description
Reporting to the Founder your key responsibilities will include:
- Be passionate about applying engineering to solve business challenges by harnessing data
- Hiring effectively, while ensuring the team delivers strong outcomes
- Deliver outcomes within the time frames required by the business
- Design of architecture, building a platform and be involved to build and create a high quality developer environment and apply best in class management approaches that work.
Profile
- BE / BTech (Tier1) with 12+ years of experience in a Retail / eCommerce setup.
- Prior experience in building and scaling the technology team
- Deep hands-on technical experience in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis
- Track record of data-driven decisions.
- Ability to prioritize competing features and requirements
- Ability to motivate and maximize productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pick and use the best technology for the problem statement
