Chief Technology Officer - Smart Mobility (IoT/Blockchain/connected devices/AI/ML)

About the Company : Our client is a billion-dollar global enterprise headquartered in India with operations spanning 20+ industries and 100+ countries.

Role : Lead digital transformation projects for all group companies by helping them create smart mobility and/or IoT solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Work directly with the CEO/CXOs on the diagnostic, digital vision/strategy, roadmap and implementation/execution of digital initiatives

- Lead digital communities and expert groups, for one or more of Mahindra businesses

- Be a thought leader on digital topics, and represent the company in internal and external events

- Work on digital engagements across different companies/businesses of the group and drive deep business metric led transformations using digital technologies

- Typical engagements will go beyond digital evangelism and strategy formation, to actual implementation and execution, working with dedicated teams from group companies, designated consultants and vendors etc.

Desired Candidate :

- 10+ years- experience in technology and digital field

- Experience of leading and executing large scale digital transformations/ building digital products.

- Demonstrable spike in one or more emerging digital areas - like AI, Blockchain, UI/UX, RPA, Digital procurement, FinTech etc.

- Experience in consumer product/B2C software product development along with exposure to hardware development would be preferred

- Exposure to and knowledge of Indian start-up ecosystem in the digital space would be a plus

- Excellent communication skills, and ability to credibly converse with senior stakeholders

- International experience, if any - will be preferred.
