CTO & Cofounder [Deep Tech EV Marketplace] A deep-tech EV Consumer Marketplace : - We are working on some complex problems hampering the adoption of EVs in India. - We are developing EV Commerce, through a lifecycle platform that will help consumers discover, decide, buy, finance, charge and manage their EVs. - As the GTM, we are building the 'The Instagram for EVs', letting consumers discover and decide what to buy through vernacular visual bite-sized content. - Solving 'what to buy' enables us to build EV Commerce and dominate 'how and where to buy'. Chief Technology Officer (CTO) : - We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound Technology leadership in all aspects of our business. As part of the leadership team, you will set the vision for how technology and data will be used in the company. - We are taking a deep-tech approach to build a consumer business. Hence, a strong understanding of data, analytics and decision science, AI, ML, Martech Tools, CDP, DMP, Recommendation Engines, Data Engineering, etc would be essential apart from competency to build consumer platforms. - You need also be able to guide and manage large teams and be responsible for frontend/backend development, Demand - Supply Applications, Mobile Applications, Platforms and payments. Requirements : - Engineering from a premier engineering college [IIT/NIT]. An MBA from an IIM/ISB/MDI is a plus - 7-20 years of experience building consumer internet products. - Good exposure in deep tech or martech
