We are an Executive Search Organization headquartered in New Delhi.

The role is responsible for Heading Internal IT. The position reports to the Group CEO of the Organisation

Position : CTO (Chief Technology Officer).

The candidate is preferred from Software product development background, with exp in cloud and mobile technology.

Preferred exp in solution design/architecture.

Candidates required only from premier institutes (Tier 1)

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

- Oversee the revision of the IT Strategic Plan on an annual basis ensuring its coherence with the overall Organizational Strategic plan, Budget preparation and management

- Next version of software product enhancement to support the business need.

- Development of guidelines, standards and procedures Hardware, Networking and Systems Software

- Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the organizational infrastructure

- Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new infrastructure and applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.

- Assess new computing technologies and the feasibility of system enhancements to determine potential value for the organization

- Supervise the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware, networking equipment and software

- Serve as primary contact with outside vendors in the generation of RFPs, bids, contracts, agreements, and other major vendor interactions

- Maintain the integrity and continual operation of the organizational network which uses various technologies

- Ensure the continual functioning of mission critical operations

- Data Leak Prevention - Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.

- Business Continuity Planning - Develop, review, and certify all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans

- Plan and Ensure Compliance with Software Licensing Policies

- Provide leadership, vision, and management of Corporate IT team

- Work with various teams to assess and respond to Corporate IT needs
