Chief Technology Officer - BFSI - IIT/NIT

Education: B.Tech in Computer Sciences from IIT (or similar institute)

Work-Ex: 3-10 years

- Should be comfortable working in unstructured setups - start-ups could be addon

- Project Management, Knowledge of basic coding, and other IT skills are a must

Would be responsible for :

- Complete ownership of Technology, systems & software

- Liaison with our developers and the be the Business front to them

- Monitor & assess new developments in Fintech space and lead integration of necessary changes in the website

- Keep a tab on changing technology and payment solutions in the marketplace. Lead integration of all necessary changes thereon.

- Continuously work on improving user-experience on the website

- Lead development of Mobile application for the platform

- Monitor performance of web/app for user interface, traffic, bugs, security etc .
