"Chief Technology Officer"  The position requires a candidate with the Domain knowledge into Financial Services /Capital Markets/Broking/Mutual Funds for the CTO role based with a large Financial Group   Key responsibilities  - IT Business Application Management - Effective usage of business application for bringing in efficiency in the service deliverable to our internal and external customers. Understand business requirements and propose solutions to meet business objectives and maximize automation of business processes  Develop applications for broking and internal processes  - Develop Enterprise Solutions for effective Business Processes: Optimize and design enterprise processes via IT, define and adjust IT standards and technologies.  - Operations & Service: Maximize the mix of in house versus out sourced services and establish strategic service provider partnerships.  - IT Business Intelligence Data Management - Usage of Data Base Management for supporting the business by providing business intelligence report and customization. Align IT objectives and programs to enterprise objectives and strategies.  - Administration - Standardization of IT practices across branches and franchisees. Preparation and monitoring of IT budget.  - Vendor Management - Vendor management, product evaluation, negotiation and SLA monitoring,   - IT Initiatives: 100% adherence to IT Governance  - Enterprise Infrastructure and Applications: Optimize costs of services through a mix of internal and external resources.  - Risk Management: Align IT risk management within IT productivity objectives.  - Should have handled IT Function in a Broking Company  - Should have handled IT Lead role - preferably at a PAN India level   Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Ex  Btech / Post Graduate in Computer Application or MCA with minimum 15 years experience, must carry at least 5 to 7 years experience in Financial Services Industry. Preferable should have a strong domain knowledge on Trading Platform, it's functioning, business logics, and exchange related compliances.
