Chief Technology Officer - BFSI

It is a key position in which the Incumbent will directly report to the CEO of the company.

- The incumbent will be leading functions like - Infrastructure Solutions, Strategy & Innovation, Product development, Cloud Platforms etc. in line with organizational Vision.

- The individual should be well versed with new age technologies and trends in the IT/FinTech industry to integrate with our existing systems and is expected to bring in high level of technical expertise.

Scope of work will include the following:

- Responsible for all aspects of the technology including company's technical strategy, architecture, engineering, team and ensuring that the company's technology is aligned with the business objectives and is scalable, reliable, and secure.

- Make technology the Back bone of the organization in its growth journey.

- Manage and optimize the company's technical resources, including staffing, software, hardware, and infrastructure to ensure that they are being used effectively and efficiently.

- Drive Engineering, R & D, Product Design and development and Project Management to ensure quality and timely delivery of new products

- Defining Product strategy and delivering Product vision through Agile Product Development processes.

- Develop world class & Cost-optimized IT Infrastructure, network, Cybersecurity framework, DR & BCP Framework, Hardware management

- Lead the engineering team in developing and deploying high-quality software products and solutions, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead an effective technical team.

- Experience in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, GIT, Angular, node.js, AWS is preferred

- Experience in creating and redesigning web and mobile apps would be mandatory

- Experience in KPI setting and Performance review
