Role: Chief Technology Officer

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience working with a stock broker or in a similar financial services environment.

- Proven track record of managing a large number of servers (minimum 50) and complex technology infrastructure.

- Strong background in hardware networking, trading systems, and risk management.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.

- In-depth knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and standards.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
