Chief Technology Officer - BFS

Job Purpose

- Define the Technology Roadmap and Digital Strategy for us. This includes envisioning technology solutions that meet customer needs and solve business problems.

- Anticipating and interpreting technology and market trends and initiating strategic initiatives to maintain business leadership in a competitive landscape.

- Envisioning exploitation of technology for innovative and market leading changes to business functions and processes

- Leverage digital technologies for business transformation and creating product & service differentiation / innovation.

- Create business data for building insights and decision support

- Implement and maintain enterprise-wide system tools and ensure scalability and availability

- Enhance quality of technology services

- Establish operating policies to mitigate technology risk

This will require sound knowledge and experience on:

- Hardware

- Software / Applications

- Innovations

- Network management

- Information Security

Job Requirements

Qualifications

- B Tech / B E + MBA or another rigorous discipline (an advanced degree in one of these fields is a plus).

- 16-22 years total experience including 10 years experience in Top Management positions.

- Proven track record of driving transformation and envisioning technology solutions that meet customer needs and solve business problems.
