Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management, balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives.

- Develop and manage annual and quarterly budgets to support technology initiatives and projects.

- Oversee data security management and governance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Cultivate strategic relationships with vendors and technology partners to enhance our technological capabilities.

- Manage IT resource allocation, goal setting, and performance metrics, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Define the company's overall technology strategy to support business objectives, focusing on scalability, security, and optimal performance.

- Monitor existing technology landscape and stay updated on emerging trends and advancements to maintain up-to-date tech solutions.

- Apply advanced technology understanding in designing technology standards and frameworks to drive innovation.

- Coordinate with all IT departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives with business operations.
