Chief Technology Office - Startup/Small Finance Bank - IIT/MIT/IIM/ISB

- Implementing organization's entire system architecture and ecosystem for a new age NBFC

- Deciding the right strategy for end to end technology implementation

- Decision on right technology and vendors

- Implementing Core lending management system along with allied API integration and ancillary systems

- Understanding the API integration pipeline with the core and on time accurate project implementation

- Sizing Hardware requirements for core and allied systems including branches

- Deciding on the right system configuration from hardware view

- Deciding vendors and negotiating the right fit for the organization within the budgeted cost

- Marrying product innovation with technology

- Negotiating with vendors for right mix of pricing and technology

- Managing IT infrastructure across the organization including network and security aspects

- Achieving the desired results in application side in line with business requirement

- Lead the team for required configuration changes in the application side in line with business requirement

- Conduct UATs and system checks including quality assurance for implementation of end to end system and achieve desired results as per Business requirement document

- Managing relationship with multiple vendors and keeping the overall IT costs within budgeted provision

- Keeping track of new technological developments and guiding Board and stakeholders on enhancements or technology innovations

- Adherence to compliance and Board guidelines

- Adherence to RBI or other regulators guidelines on System Security

- Managing Data Centers and Networks

- Managing BCP and DR requirements

- Managing various audits and auditors as per statutory requirements

- Being upto date and advising the management on best practices of IT Controls, Cyber Security adherence and implementing the same

Educational specifications:

1. Minimum Qualification Graduate/MBA/PGDBA/ CA

2. Preferred Qualification Master's/ Post graduate degree in Computer Application/ Engineering

Key Work Relationships:

1. Internal Board, ED Risk , CEO& ED, CBO, Credit Head, OPS Head, Compliance, HR, Marketing, Admin

2. Multiple Vendors, Investors

3. Regulatory Bodies like RBI, SEBI etc. for audit purpose
