Our Client is one of the country's leading providers of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), enforcement and traffic telematics solutions. They have significant know-how on all major electronic tolling technologies and provides customized turnkey solutions.

Description :

- Adopt a hybrid approach by working with external 3rd party development partners while continuing to build, develop and motivate an in-house technology team.

- Convert Business Goals and Vision into technology roadmap, requirements and eventual solutions.

- Overall responsibility of continually evolving the platform and driving the user experience.

- Drive platform and application development projects.

- Develop the overall technology strategy that is core to the company's business goals.

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.

- Accountable for ensuring a system infrastructure that provides the required functionality, usability, security and efficiency.

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.

- Monitor KPIs and manage IT budgets to ensure the technological performance.

- Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

Profile :

- 12-15+ years experience of owning and developing cutting edge digital products in Telecom or Financial Services or Retail Sector.

- Deep knowledge of technological trends to shape and build a strategy for the future roadmap.

- Exceptional grasp of Transaction processing, Enterprise platforms, Data Analytics and BI Tools

- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen

- Attract best in class talent to build and lead a world class technology team

- Understanding of front-end and back-end technology stacks for digital applications.

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

- Well versed with Agile approach for product development.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or Master's Degree in a technology related field is a plus.
