Chief Technological Officer - FinTech Startup

Our client is a well-funded FinTech Startup and part of a large group. They have the backing of a great bunch of VCs and are growing rapidly. They are looking to hire a young dynamic CTO who will be responsible for all Technology decisions for the organization.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Helping create the Technology/Product vision for the organization

- Build & Manage Technology teams

- Directing and Executing the Technology Vision

- Help define MVP, Product strategy / Roadmaps with scalable architecture

- Architecting and engineering solutions which can meet the requirements of the business

- Demonstrated ability to design web-based products and services that meet customer needs (and feedback)

- Driving a world-class Engineering culture within the company

The ideal fit would be a candidate with :

- BTech / MTech from IITs or similar

- 8 to 15 yrs of exp

- Have great experience in Architecting / Developing complex B2C or C2C products and solutions

- Have an experience of Leading / Managing areas of Technology including Development, UI, UX, Products etc

- Have some exposure to AI, ML, VR & emerging technologies

- Have experience in Products in Fintech, FMCG, E-commerce, Consumer Durables, Personal Care, Home care, EdTech, Food Tech, Online Travel, Online Health, Online Fashion & Health or similar (domain list is suggestive and not a constraint)

- Preferably have worked in a start-up or new age technology environment

- Good communication skills

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai

Compensation Budgets: 70 - 85 LPA + ESOPs
