Chief Technical Officer- Startup

Location : New Delhi/ Gurgaon

We are innovative media network platform which connects to artists to promoters. We have emerged as the largest network in the country of its kind and is now poised for accelerated growth. To drive the growth and build a world class product, we are looking for a live wire CTO/ Tech Lead who skilled, has commercial sense and is happy to create product(s) which are going to influence the destiny of large number of users in media network domain.

As CTO/Tech lead, you will play a pivotal role in the development of new web applications, mobile (Android, IOS ) and future enhancements of the current technical architecture.

As part of core team, you will work along with the CEO to conceptualize the new functionalities keeping pace with the technological developments and user - need gaps-, and execute the same on a robust and scalable architecture.

The ideal candidate will be an engineer from a premier institute with at least 4 years of experience in a reputed tech product/services company.

Functionally, you should have :

- Tried your hands at front end development (HTML, CSS)

- Advanced level skills in framework design and backend technologies ( PHP, Node JS, Java, MySQL, MongDB)

- Exposure to Joomla framework.

- Knowledge about cloud servers and ability to manage Amazon Web Services

- Understanding of app development framework ( iOS, Android)

- Ability to identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support the success of the business.

- Besides above you should be able to build backend tools to automate business processes for marketing, customer service, production, management, etc, and lead timely response to feature requests from internal users and developer features.
