Description:

- Lead the end-to-end product development with focus on building technology strategy & roadmap for the organisation

- Play an internal + external facing role in growing capabilities and delivering solutions

- Provide leadership to teams and set the engineering culture in place to cater to global clients with a strong technical and business acumen

- Prior experience in software development & engineering, product mgmt & development, program mgmt, building and delivering products & solutions ; ability to bring multi-dimensional experience across different avenues of the role

- Must have experience working with trending technologies like AI, ML, RPA, blockchain; hands on experience in cloud technologies and open-source tech stacks

Profile:

- 18+ years strong experience in full stack development of web and mobile-based applications with focus on all aspects of Software Development and Engineering using Open-Source technologies

- Demonstrated experience in developing and shipping enterprise scale software products and solutions

- Should be in a leadership role for the past 3-5 years

- Working experience on AI, ML, blockchain based products and services

- Ability to develop not only products and solutions but also teams and an engineering culture to grow the business to a larger scale

- Adept with getting into details, working at the ground level with relatively smaller teams and able to guide growing teams in the correct directions

- Thorough SDLC and product management experience; flair for customer relationship and leadership
