Chief Technical Officer - Online Testing & Learning Platform - IIT

- The primary role of CTO would be to build a flawless online testing and learning experience for millions of students preparing for government jobs in India.

- We are looking for a CTO to work on identifying, defining, and building new products. An ideal candidate is someone who has experience in building, managing and scaling online consumer products. The candidate should be able to lead, build and inspire the engineering team. And should be able to build relationship with product, business, marketing, and operational teams

Responsibilities

- Develop and evolve the company's technical vision. Lead technical aspects of the company's strategy

- Influence the company's strategic direction, development and future growth.

- Work closely with department heads to make sure that the overall development direction is well aligned with the company's technical vision

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure the highest level of system availability,efficiency and robustness

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes

Requirements :

Desired Skills.

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

- Btech/Mtech in Computer Science or a related field and a work experience of 7+ years

- Experience with GCP and Golang is a plus
