CTO Responsibilities: - Product development and life cycle management - Managing a team of 50 people + to meet product development and client servicing goals and timelines - Maintaining a consumer obsessed outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market. - Managing technology budgets and cost-efficiency - Staying on top of technology trends and developments. CTO Requirements: - Batchelor's Engineering degree with Masters from IIM - 6 years + working in a technological role. - 5 years + team managerial experience. - Excellent AWS knowledge - Excellent Laravel Knowledge - Exceptional team management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to delegate efficiently. - Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
