We are building an HR Tech company providing a differentiated product offering.

Currently in the MVP. Looking forward to the creation of the final product taking into consideration the feedback from the early adopters. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Co-Founder who can run the show and walk the tough journey with us and lead the Tech architect for the company having an entrepreneurial mindset.

Equity would be on the table for the right candidate and the percentage would vary for someone bringing in investible surplus. Salary for the candidate only once we have raised funding for the company and may take more than 8 - 12 months overall.

The CEO & Founder of the company has over 15 years of experience in different fields of HR and understands the nuances of HR.

Our vision is to provide engaging designs that achieve every customer's success in the least possible time.

We wish you have these things

- Technical App development & Web development experience - meaning you will have to build the product and are ready to individually contribute to the entire process along with the team.

- HR Tools know-how is an added advantage.

- You have a distinct ability to identify and implement robust, efficient, and scalable tech solutions that leverage multiple techniques and/or technologies.

- Ability to work with no cash compensation for at least 8-12 months.

- The excitement of playing a key role in the success of a hyper-growth new venture where you would lead and take the call for the company.

Great to have experience in the following technologies.

- Full-stack engineering; Architecture of SaaS Platforms;

- Experience in React, Mongo, Javascript, Fabric.JS, and JSON technologies.

- API Infrastructure / integrations.

- Prior Startup experience/Start-up kick/ looking to start an entrepreneurial journey is attractive.

What you get

- Equity compensation + opportunity to get a higher stake if the person can commit personal funds to the venture.

- No salary until we raise the funding round.
