Requirements

- Strong experience in the latest web technologies (PHP, LAMP stack, modular HTML, Java Script, jQuery) and awareness of web standards (Please don't apply if your major experience is in Microsoft technologies.)

- How will you build a live text commentary module? (don't apply if you are thinking of jabber)

- Overall 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least the last 5 years in a senior technology role at a leading consumer internet company ( Y!, AOL, Google, etc )

- Strong technical & product background with the ability to expand and lead a team of strong software engineers

- Experience with object oriented design experience and design patterns

- Defining tasks, allocating tasks, work breakdown structure, planning resource requirements and project timelines

- Passionate about technology & web-products

- Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high-growth start-up environment
