Specifications of the role:  (1) Masters degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology (preferably from IIT) (Mandatory),  (2) Minimum 15 years of work experience with at least 3 years in a Leadership role (mandatory),  (3) Only those with experience in the Financial Services domain may apply (mandatory),  (4) Should be conversant with the RBI Regulations and the implications for the IT function,  (5) Should be experienced in the implementation of large IT Transformation projects in Infrastructure, Networks and Applications and providing technology support to the new Lines of Business,  (6) Exposure to the core technology related solutions, IT Security, networking and server administration,  (7) Strong Project Management skills.
