Chief Technical Officer - BFSI

Skills and Competencies:

- Has successful experience in architecting an entirely reliable and scalable business application for the financial domain (preferred)

- Understands the concept of microservices / event-driven

- Ability to transform complex business applications in a containerized environment

- Proven experience on Microsoft stack is a must

- Knowledge of AI & ML

- Hands-on experience in ASP.NET, ASP Webform, C#, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, JQUERY, XML/JSON, AJAX, MSSQL, MSSQL Business Intelligence, Android, iOS, and Cloud Platforms

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Master's in technology management (preferred)

Professional Certification:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

- Other Preferred Professional Certification to include, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, ISO

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated senior management experience involving application development and technology transformation

- Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience of Cloud-based applications, preferably in financial technology domain
