To carve out Digital Strategy & Transformation  3. Enhancement of Technology Services and automation to improve productivity  (B) Primary Responsibility:  1. Sets the mission and vision of the IT organization to foster the desired culture  2. Provides strategic direction for all enterprise wide IT operations, including infrastructure and architecture, applications development, re-engineering business processes, networks, outsourcing, and computer and auxiliary operations and support  3. Partners with business leadership to define their operational strategy and facilitate its delivery  4. Builds relationships and creates synergies across the enterprise to enable cost-effective and innovative shared solutions  5. Plans and develops the annual expense and capital expenditure budget for IT  6. Manages the budget to ensure consistency with overall strategic objectives  7. Stays current in new technologies and platforms; identifies emerging technologies to be assimilated, integrated and introduced within the enterprise to ensure IT capabilities respond to the needs of the enterprise's growth and objectives  8. Serves on enterprise planning and policy-making committees; drives the development of enterprise technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics to ensure IT delivers values to the enterprise  9. Provides leadership, coaching and direction to the IT leadership team and staff   (C) KRAs  1 Build & implement new digital platform (with B2B & B2C- with specific focus on SMAC) starting from identifying the opportunities, staff and building a state of the art technology platform.  2 Providing a single view platform to the client to sell all the line of products.  3 Develop a single mobile platform with responsive design works for all browsers.  4 Create a web interface to collect the data from social media.  5 Deliver web based CRM platform and integrate with client website (e.g. Registrar, NSDL, CDSL etc.)  6 Trigger based intelligence system for proactive fraud detection.  7 Develop an enterprise level data ware house and Enterprise level State of the art Business Intelligence and Business Analytics platform (e.g. SAP - Business Objects, Micro Strategy)  8 Technology Service Quality and Service Enhancements for better user experience  9 Resource management  10 Cost effective initiatives  11 Infrastructure Management   12 Vendor Management  (D) Competencies:  1.
