The person will be a strategic thought-leader and will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations.
Role and responsibilities:
1. Guide the management and the company through the various cycles of growth and expansion.
2. Provide support to the Board of Directors and shareholders.
3. Be responsible for overseeing all elements of strategic partnership and/or M&A efforts.
4. Be involved in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating the Company's fiscal functions from every relevant perspective.
5. Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
6. Be responsible for providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the Company (i.e., growth, new markets, and evaluation of potential alliances, employee benefits, retirement plans, and investments).
7. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory interactions.
8. Enhance and develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the Company.
9. Recommend and manage Company relationship with outside financial consultants.
10. Have vast experience in the Banking, Financial, Legal & Secretarial fields
