Formal Qualifications

- Ideal Candidate should have a equal mix of work experience with the following: Media House, PR Agency and Financial Services

- Graduation with good computer knowledge must

- Understanding of updating Wikipedia, Twitter, Facebook and other social media a must

Key Responsibilities

- To conceive story ideas, draft press releases and storylines in consultation with CEOs and teams at Business level.

- Maintain updated records of media across wires, print and electronic media

- Formulate calendars, reports of coverage, presentations, and analyse hits and misses for the companies and its peers at national and regional level.

Competencies / Skills

- Excellent communication skill - Verbal and Written - especially with a view of story writing and Press Releases, reports and presentations

- Have, build and maintain Strong relationships in media - especially at journalist and desk level in main metros especially Delhi and Mumbai

- Strong follow-up, result, and timeline orientation

- Should be able to prepare daily reports and analysis

- Independent, self-motivated, and work under pressure

- Should be capable of working without a PR agency and teams

- Should be able to make presentations and also work with Business teams and CEOs

- Should have handled crisis

- At times may need to work on weekends since we make announcements on Mondays.

- Should be able to understand Financial Services as business
