Job Role: Manager / Sr.Manager / Chief Manager - Pricing / Risk Modelling / Shareholder Reporting

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Profile: Candidate must be insurance industry with relevant years of experience into Actuarial

There are 4 positions into Actuarial.

- Individual Pricing : - Building pricing model in excel/prophet/R

- Assist in assumptions setting for pricing

- Preparation of filing formalities

- Building / Validation of excel calculators for Benefit Illustration

- Handling customer/IT queries related to benefit calculations

- Assisting IT and Modelling team in setting up the Products

- Meeting any pricing related regulatory requirement within specified timelines

Meeting any requirements from management regarding new products within timelines

- Pricing : The candidate will be responsible to manage, guide and develop resources in product pricing and Regulatory filing. The candidate is expected to have significant involvement in all the activities of the pricing department, having adequate job knowledge, ability to understand and develop pricing of product features, maintain good team work, and adhere to standards of work and assist the reporting manager in improving the processes. This is a cross functional role requiring regular interaction with product management team for pricing and product development, IT/Ops for system set-up and UAT of product features, Planning, experience analysis and financial risk teams.

- Risk & Modelling : Measure, manage and mitigate the market and insurance risk to safeguard the value metrics of the organization. Assist in managing the ALM and Hedging program to manage the interest rate risk. Assist in conducting experience analysis like Lapse, Mortality, etc. and highlighting the areas with adverse experience. Co-ordinate with different stakeholders and assist in preparation of presentation material for Risk Committees. Knowledge of SQL, VBA, DCS, Python and other software will have added advantage

- Shareholder Reporting: - The Shareholder reporting contributes to building a profitable book of business and also provides the domain and technical expertise on the business performance, Operations and other internal and external customers including sales teams and our reinsurers.

- The person working in this role is required to have technical understanding of life insurance products and knowledge of risk assessment and pricing techniques relevant for assessing various shareholder matrices including embedded value and profit margin.

- The role will also include effectively managing various ad-hoc requirements for the shareholder reporting purpose.

- Support supervisor in analytics, reinsurance administration, valuation and IT initiatives.

- Candidate must have cleared minimum 5 CT Papers.
