Chief Security Officer - Manufacturing

We are looking for a dynamic leaders for high-impact leadership roles in Security for one of our prestigious Client in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu location.

The Opportunity:

- The candidate will be responsible to coordinate with key stakeholders inside and outside the premises and to create strong intelligence system for smooth running of business.

- She/He will manage the security operations and coordinate security initiatives across the site and to develop intelligence network across peripheral villages/area.

- Coordinate and implement site security measures for protection of company assets.

- Ensure compliance and security assurance through periodic reviews/audits and investigate security breaches, fraud cases and other incidents.

- Design and implement security policies and procedures ensuring overall physical security of the plant.

- Monitoring and control of man, material and vehicular movements in and out of the plant.

- Should focus on digitalization and devise and execute strategies for up gradation of existing security system in line with the best in class industry practices.

The ideal incumbent should be from defence background with adequate experience in Security Profession. Knowledge of local language (Tamil) will be an added advantage.

The Successful Applicant

- The ideal incumbent should be with 10+ years of experience in Security & Intelligence Systems in a manufacturing sector.

- Strong background of Security & Intelligence Systems, HSE commitment, Global Benchmarking, Technology & Digitalization

- Familiar with Security Risk Assessment and Risk Management tenets. Intimate knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO framework, other management frameworks, Companies Act 2013, etc.

- Security leaders with global experience with defence background (Captain/Major/Col) and women leaders are invited to apply.

- Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
