Chief Security Officer - KPO

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Drive a cordial, conducive and collaborative work environment for employees to ensure performance.

- Responsible for ensuring organizational development & implementation of effective security strategies, policies, processes, and systems

- Strategise combination of man and machines towards cost optimized impactful security.

Security Management :

- Establish, improve and sustain process based security systems and practices in MRV/MSPT/MSDVC.

- Ensure operational and information security of business through coordination with business.

- Efficiency Management - Periodical review of risk analysis, mapping and mitigation with control measures for residual risk.

- Stakeholder Management (Internal & External) - Build and strengthen a perception that security as a function is business enabler through thorough understanding of business and stakeholders.

- Develop excellent liaison with local authorities for effective crisis and emergency management.

- Act as the front face to receive, conduct and coordinate govt officials, dignitaries and govt bodies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFIVATIONS :

- Proven track record in industrial security management .

- Excellent liaison ability to manage situations involving local authorities, especially police and RTO offices.

- Managed a large customer base, service providers, and stakeholders

- Ability to network towards gathering firsthand quality intelligence to support Business.

- Ex-Defense forces / paramilitary officers preferred

- Proven leadership and management skills

- Upholding high ethics and values

- Excellent relationship management skills

- Be empathetic, polite but firm in execution
