Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure robust implementation of security policies, procedure and monitoring within the legal framework.

- Conduct internal investigations relating to sensitive security issues and modern security intelligence, surveillance systems in peaceful and violent situations.

- Implement systems/measures to establish and maintain high security standards in compliance with prescribed statutory norms.

- Conducting motivational and leadership training of staffs besides physical, general and specialized training, team building, technical skills, security and safety procedures, etc.

- Accountable for strategic utilization and deployment of available resources in most economical way to achieve organizational objectives while implementing the plans in conduct of operations.

- Evaluate, analyze and organize independent investigations into various activities covering the business interests of the company.

- Implement stringent measures for preventive and predictive maintenance for signaling/telecommunication and Access Control Systems (ACS), CCTV, Fire Alarm System (FAS) systems for stations and synchronize with centrally controlled Emergency Control Centre (ECC).

- Controlling the entire course of events inclusive of conceptualization, set design, and scheduling, on-site Emergency Preparedness plan.

- Prepared hundreds of presentations of training purposes along with safety manuals and standard operating procedures.
