Chief Sales Officer

Key Responsibility

Sales Strategy - Create & implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel. Maintain competitive knowledge to create & adjust sales strategies

- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales forecast – manage to meet & exceed these forecasts

- Responsible for Trade Marketing & establishing Brand amongst the National Market

- Key Account Management

- Drive ROI

- Marketing for support

- Recruiting and Running Ad Sales Teams by Managing, reviewing & guiding leading into optimization

- Developing & Managing Clients/Ad Agencies : Regularly Meeting & Developing existing & new clients/agencies, communicating strength of the brand in our markets – Processes/IRS data/reach/offerings, relationship building activities

- Have an excellent knowledge of our products & strengths in markets across the country

Candidates profile

- The desired profile would have handled revenue targets of INR 500 cr+ & has worked with diverse people segments

- Solid understanding of key financial and business metrics, and the willingness to run through walls to accomplish a goal

- Ability to think both strategically and out of the box

- In-depth understanding of Mumbai/ PAN India market. Preferably a Mumbai-haite with 7-10 yrs of work exp at Mumbai

- Past exposure to start up operations in consumer / direct marketing will be useful
