- Should have sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing in Domestic Market.

- Should be able to understand the changing Market Scenario, based on region wise strategy and competitor's plans.

- Should have ability to draw short term and long-term strategy to achieve the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) on Quarterly/half yearly & annual basis and sustained business growth.

- Should be Strategic thinker to change plans based on prevailing market trends and to have a cutting edge over competitors in market.

- Adapt in planning Marketing strategy for Sales and Recovery of revenue from market as per Credit Period.

- This typically involves developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, managing sales teams, analyzing sales data, and ensuring that sales goals are met or exceeded.

- They may also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the development and launch of new products or services.

- The National Sales Head may collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that sales efforts align with broader business goals and objectives

- Identify the organization's future customers, segment them, build and implement customer engagement plan.

- Work towards positioning the company as the preferred and most relevant supplier to the customer's core list and targeted briefs

- Develop thorough understanding of customer potential through analysis of the brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition

- Good understanding of concept selling, connect with brand managers at the client and should be able to create new opportunities by highlighting relevant consumer insights (by collaborating with the internal marketing teams at the company)

Main Responsibilities: TEAM

- Manage the activity and performance of the sales team.

- Lead and motivate them to reach and exceed customer expectations

- Work with the management on talent development and succession planning.

- Coaching and developing the team.
