Chief Sales Officer - B2B Sales - SaaS

Sales Leadership role with an opportunity to be part of core Management team of a fast-growing HRTech (SaaS) Company emerging from India & fast expanding in global market. Be part of this great journey by spearheading the vision to scale 100X revenue by aligning Sales, Marketing & Customer Success functions enable organization to achieve leadership positioning in the global markets within next 5 years.

Reporting to CEO, this is an exciting opportunity to be a core team member of the next phase of organization's growth and will provide strong leadership to drive sales in India & other geographies and lead initiatives focusing on driving Sales & marketing functions.

Job Responsibility: 

- Articulate the clear vision and set overall Sales & Marketing strategy, forecasting & goals for exponential growth of the organization

- Build & Lead a high performing Sales & Marketing Team

- Define & develop strong B2B sales & review process to ensure high output

- Implement strategies to significantly boost customer lead generation and focus on winning prospects

- Identifying the new business opportunities in various sectors & markets

- Set strategy to acquire channel partners in different geographies and drive sales through them globally

- Identify competition and build proactive action plan

- Align with Customer Success & product team to derive the customer satisfaction

- Drive CRM Discipline. Ensure Forecast accuracy by effectively managing the pipeline

- Set the quarterly & yearly team targets & achieve them by cultivating a high performing sales culture

- Drive customer retention & grow business with existing customers by upselling

Desired Skills:

- Tech savvy, Visionary & Sales Leader with Entrepreneurial approach, self-starter and proven track record of working within a startup environment as CSO or similar leadership position in a Mid/large corporation

- A minimum of 12 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales and at least 5+ years of team management and leadership experience in a SaaS organization

- Proven record of scaling sales revenue in India and in other global markets

- Strong in driving SaaS matrix. Growth in Monthly Run Rate (MRR); Driven Customer Retention

- Consistent track record of achieving monthly/ quarterly / sales targets

Qualification - M.B.A. preferably from Premier Institute
