- The incumbent should be from Retail FMCG/ Non Food industry and should have worked at a national level. - As an in-charge of the entire sales department, oversee all sales related activities, provide leadership, direction and resources to the sales department and is accountable for the overall sales department performance, the achievement of sales goals and targets, and the alignment of the business strategy. - Ensure sustainable revenue growth by maximizing market penetration. - Develop and execute a long term brand strategy for all brands within the business including brand identity, positioning and pricing. - Oversee the planning, development and execution of the organizations marketing in terms of assortment development, promotions, POS representation as well as digital marketing and social media initiatives. Requirement: - Educated to Bachelor/ Master degree or equivalent in business management or similar - Position must demonstrate at least 10 years of working experience in a high-level sales position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
