Chief Risk Officer - NBFC

Urgently looking for a CRO for an Fintech NBFC providing small business loans, supply chain finance and working capital loans to small and medium businesses in India.

Individual having strong experience in Supply Chain Credit / SME Credit preferred.

Job Profile

- Responsible for and has the authority to make all decisions on risk management issues that directly impact the strategic direction of the company.

- As Chief Risk Officer, responsible for credit cycle management across a diverse product group

- Responsible for Using Business Intelligence Metrics and the highest standards of Credit Control for driving the risk management function.

- Set up the Operational Risk Management Function

- Oversee the Fraud Management function

- Credit Underwriting

- Implement under-writing models

- Definition of the product program and underlying risk management principles

- Person should have Rich experience across diverse domains in the Retail lending business
