Chief Risk Officer (Enterprise Risk Management)

- Should have capability to handle RISK for large business in capacity of Chief Risk Officer.

- Track, monitor and analyse the key strategic risks and report and help management with strategic mitigation actions.

- Stakeholder engagement which includes outreach, formal training, involvement in committees, building and maintaining strong relationships with functional & plant head in implementation of organization wide risk framework.

- Implementation of Risk Management Frameworks (COSO, ASO).

- Preparation and Maintenance of Internal and External Data Points.

- Preparation of SWOT and PESTLE Analysis.

- Maintain the Risk Register and Prepare the Risk Heat Map and Risk Movement Tracker.

- Engage all Internal Stakeholders for periodic Risk Review.

- Experience on tracking all the mitigation plans and update the risk register periodically.

- Represent the Risk Management Functions in the external Assessment.

- Experience in Individual Contribution.

Industry: Power, Pharma / Iron and Steel / Other Metal Industry / Manufacturing Industry / Consulting Background (Handling Manufacturing Clients)

Education: CA OR MBA (Premier Institute)
