Chief Risk Officer - CA/IIM/IIT

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the Risk Management Committee chairman and members and devise periodic reporting framework to both Senior leadership and the Board including outline of risks identified, mitigation plans developed, de-risking projects taken-up, in-progress, projected improvements, etc.,

- Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments including strategic risks, develop risk mitigation action plan

- Determine the risk appetite of the enterprise and set triggers for requisite governance intervention at different management levels

- Integrate risk management with the strategic decision making process. Provide an independent view regarding new investment proposals and projects including validation of risks if any

- Develop a method of describing and estimating risks, through analytics or statistical analysis or other relevant tools, affecting business performance

- Participate with stakeholders & senior leadership team in execution of risk mitigation plan within approved time. Consistently review progress and effect corrective actions needed

- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) of the Enterprise, Business unit level and Functional Level High Risks on a continuous basis

- Work with business units to establish, maintain, and continuously improve risk management capabilities

- Periodically conduct risk-refresh across locations & update the risk movements

Desired Profile:

- 15+ years of experience.

- CA or CA + MBA from IIMs (or) BE from IITs + MBA from IIMs (or) BE from IITs + CA
