CRO will be responsible for assisting the CEO and will have direct responsibility for Market &amp; Liquidity risk, Credit risk, and Operational Risk activities in the branch. - He/ She will be responsible for the proper conduct of ALCO, Credit, Market &amp; Liquidity and operational Risk committees. - Provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to support the company's risk framework through developing policies, procedures, processes, controls, products and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency within the areas under his/her control. - Provide regular review and analysis of portfolio trends to detect deterioration in portfolio quality. This includes the monitoring and control of the credit portfolio by ensuring that all credit exposure is properly approved, reported and reviewed. - Prepare concentration reports and such other reports deemed necessary to convey loan and portfolio and third-party relationship risks to management and the Board. - Devise frameworks, policies &amp; practices for managing market risks, operational risks, and enterprise risks for the organization. - Head the risk committees &amp; manage the risk management team. - Define the risk appetite, policies &amp; limits for the business. - Enhance risk awareness &amp; culture by actively working with senior management &amp; stakeholders. - Identify &amp; mitigate various business risks to ensure business continuity. - In-charge of building the risk-quantification models. - Conduct internal audits &amp; assessments to adhere to processes &amp; compliance.
